i also built a handle out of metal so it is really steady of follow cams. with an average hd cam u can upgrade things like putting a 35 mm converter onto it with a 55mm slr lens that will make it look professional. get a fisheye for shure tho.

i picked up a little sony hd cam this season and a century death lens , really good cam , i also grabbed the one that shoots to tape rather than hard drive , i really dont like converting the format , it has a bit of a lag when you hit record but ...

I use a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5. It's last years model, but shoots almost HD (840 x 480 pixels (WVGA) @ 30 fps). The new versions are actually HD (the TZ-5). If you're looking for a cam that can shoot good quality video, really good pics with tons...

If you want a small camera that you can bring to the hill then buy a canon hv20 or hv30. They are under 1 grand and will give you quality High Def footage. They can shoot 24p footage which means that you can film 24 frames per second like your sho...

how bout something random like say a can of pledge battling germs made out to look all intense? different boards could have different boring household things as glorified warriors. haha

To edit Tj uses a combo between iMovie and Final Cut Pro. There is an episode from last year (fairly early on I beleive) that he shows what cameras he uses. A lot of the quality has to do with YouTube upping file quality and Vimeo allowing users ...

You could do something that reflects your travels around the world and sneak some various forms of 10 in there. That was just a first thought, haha I'll do some thinking and see if anything else pops up. Oh but stick with a mostly black base. It ...

Yeah I didn't expect the 152 to handle amazingly though I would say it did better than I expected it to. I saw a mom bring a group of 7 or so kids to the top of the park and then they said we'll meet at the bottom. The mom went down a run to the ...

The video quality difference between the two will be huge too. The only think I can think of that would show the difference is its like watching a hockey game on an Analog signal vs an HD signal

New Board Day. Stairmaster

I picked up a stiarmaster last week and took it out for a first try on it yesterday. I waxed it up the night before and ground down the nose and tail edges. I got scared though and didn't touch the effective edge haha.

This is the shortest board I have owned and I was a little worried because for some reason I picked up the 152 regular instead of the wide. It has a waist width of 252 mm and I think the wide is 257. Anyway this worried me a bit because I wear size 12 boots. Luckly that all turne… Continue

Small features

So went boarding the other day at buck hill near minneapolis. I have been riding for a while now but never really got big into the park. So when I go riding I look for super little boxes to hit. Why does it seem like all I can ever find is one flat box and then next easiest thing is like a double kinked box or some sort of crazy rainbow box thing. Clearly I'm too big of a wuss to hit all those crazy curvy things when hitting the flat one is still slightly difficult. It would be nice to find a pl… Continue
